      World leading software solutions Flexible working arrangements Great group of tier 1 customers Good colleagues and collaboration

      Cons

      Slow to innovate - everything seems to be built for USA first then trickles out to other markets Messy alignment within SAP Behind the pace with total compensation - increases been promised for years but slow to deliver Lots of turnover, especially within sales
