An amazingly positive, career shaping 3+ years. Great progression steps and get to learn from some very talented reps and leaders in Concur as well as SAP. I will forever maintain SAP Concur gave me the best start to a SaaS sales career I could’ve asked for. The learnings, experiences, earnings, friends and network I’ll forever cherish. SAP is a great ribbon on the CV.
Cons
Excessively KPI driven, especially in the Mid-Market team. Hours on cold calling software often felt like it was held in higher regard than actual revenue generation. MM and ENT team are both faced with the same saturated market but have very different approaches to tackling it.
