Pros
Hours are flexible. Technologies used are modern. People are nice. Unlimited sick leave is a very great bonus. They offer 1 company wide mental health day. This company truly is diverse and inclusive. Compensation is fair.
Cons
Long LONG hours. Not a lot of camaraderie. Constantly changing internal structures is causing turn over due to instability. Lots of high priority goals pulling from all directions takes teams away from personal development and learning time. Not a lot of appreciation being handed out.
