Low base salary Raised quota by nearly 40% in a single year. A 40% increase in quota with a corresponding 15% in bonus compensation. For the 5-10 past years at Concur, making a lot of money here was much easier. Promotion here is tough. No clear path for promotion. Very numbers and politics driven.
