Pros
Work/life balance is good. Senior leadership has good intentions, though not always the skillet to follow through on them. The people are nice and genuinely care about delivering on their promises to their colleagues and customers.
Cons
Layoffs over the last couple of years were arbitrary, without consultation from front line managers, and were clearly based on nepotism in many circumstances. Lots of promises that "things will get better, just hold on a little longer" that ended with the status quo being maintained. Many antiquated legacy systems that were no longer functional but since they were in someone's domain would not be changed. Despite promises of gender equity, there were observed instances of sexual harassment and pay disparity that caused some female employees to leave the company.
