Pros
- Great benefits such as HMO, 50k for meds, 35k other reimbursable, 13th mo, Bonus, Equity. Insurance. - Exceptional culture within the CS dept (unsure with the others). Leaders don't want to be called boss. First or Last name basis. - Work-life balance. - Supports continuous learnings and upskilling.
Cons
- Underpaid. Salaries don't align no more. My job is literally like a jack of all trades - wore different hats every now and then. - Annual appraisal is not relatively attractive even after you get involved into projects or initiatives that, of course, consumes time. So low it could not keep up with the inflation. - Low to zero budget for recreational / legit team building activities. Pizza, pasta and soda don't work anymore. we are trying to live healthy now! - Hybrid. The WFH setup works better since they can't provide a rightful increases. - No retirement plan yet?
