Pros

Big company with a lot of tools

Cons

Terrible management that will pressure you until you drop. Very few people build a career there. You go, you get pressured for 3 to 5 years max and you leave in bad terms. Do not expect SAP to pay on deals you have been working on for years if once you close them you decide to leave the company unless you are ready to hire a lawyer. It seems that SAP will try everything to still the money it owes you and will wait for legal to get involved before finding a way to settle. I would not recommend this company to anyone willing to have a life outside of their job.

Pros

Good work life balance over time, culture of help, good opportunities to advance and move around, decent pay, ceiling for commissions is high.

Cons

Are increasingly finding ways to dock compensation and make rules around comp confusing and unclear. Internal processes, tools, and policies are incredibly complex. Very difficult to find people to support basic customer issues. Sales becomes a catchall for customer problems, leaves little time to sell. Benefits and pay increases decline year after year.
