Pros

- 3 course meal every day - Flexihour - Good pay

Cons

- No life outside of work due to constantly studying for more SAP certificates - Lack of real control of your career direction. My manager was relentlessly promoting areas that he knew I wasn't interested in. My own preferences were not taken into account. I interviewed for various positions but ultimately, the decision was out of my hands, it was down to my manager where I ended up for my next placement, not good. - Overly competitive environment, felt toxic and uncomfortable. For the last three weeks of the internship, I dreaded going into work there. - Unrest and cliques in the group of interns probably due to being overly stressed.

Thank you for your honest review. It sounds like you are part of our vocational training program as it seems you had more than one placement with us. In this program we endeavour to find the right fit for your long placement based on how you perform at interview and also your overall skills. We’re sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your second placement and were uncomfortable during the last few weeks of placement . Our HR team are always happy to help in these cases and we have a dedicated 24 Employee Assistance program to help any employees (including interns) who are experiencing stressful times.

Pros

Good work life balance over time, culture of help, good opportunities to advance and move around, decent pay, ceiling for commissions is high.

Cons

Are increasingly finding ways to dock compensation and make rules around comp confusing and unclear. Internal processes, tools, and policies are incredibly complex. Very difficult to find people to support basic customer issues. Sales becomes a catchall for customer problems, leaves little time to sell. Benefits and pay increases decline year after year.
