SAP has good products but not much real work happens in Singapore Relaxed and Easy life, Good work-life balance Good for people who want an easy going corporate culture

Too many people doing little work, Lots of politics Inflated titles which do not reflect ability particularly in innovative fields Most managers never did what they try to lead and manage Lack of leaders who can walk the talk leads to poor career path for newbies Local management does not represent core SAP values, all talk and no action
