Pros

Parking lot (that's rare in Sofia), Canteen (saves me a lot of time), Gym, Vehicle policy, Gift Card, Additional Payed Vacation, Flexible worktime. On a personal note, it's a calm workplace. The colleagues are great. Overall I like the place.

Cons

The salaries are a bit low compared to the other large IT corporations in Sofia. For the people who come late, there is usually no free parking place, so if you a bit late, you get really late for work. Negotiations with teams from another country can take a lot of time. Teams can have members located in multiple countries, this makes communication and transparency hard to achieve. No easy way for career growth.

Pros

The people at SAP are genuinely nice, and the culture is generally supportive. The work-life balance is good to an extent, but when you're busy, you're BUSY. SAP is highly complex so expect to take a year to ramp up.

Cons

Only way to get a high salary is if you're hired externally. They do not reward employees who are loyal to the company. Closed opportunities often have to go through the Compensation Exception Committee, creating uncertainty around earnings. Prepare for constant change, whether that's solutions being removed from your sales bag, account shifts, territory realignments, or changing compensation policies. Quotas can be difficult to attain
