stable, international company, professional environment, top hardware of your choice (MacBook Pro or Windows laptop) and mobile phone if you need it, educational budget for conferences (local and abroad) and trainings, possibility to learn new things during the hackathons and events organized during the working hours, very nice atmosphere, smooth on-boarding process, friendly and helpful co-workers
Cons
several projects are old and use old technologies, a lot of dependencies between the projects, which slows down the development and release cycles, a lot of corporate emails irrelevant to the current work, corporate campaigns, salary rises are very low (on the inflation level) - no more than 10%, usually from 0% to 5%
