Pros
Pay and benefits were great, although my salary (from many years at an acquired company) may have been a reason I was part of a layoff. Many opportunities to learn/work - as long as you are in the right location. The company is focused on improving user experience across its core software line.
Cons
It was hard to find information in all the noise of the corporate portal, or a person who could provide the right information. It seemed there were several groups working on the same thing, and groups did not necessarily talk to each other.
