Pros

Nice office, lots of trainings, some colleagues are very nice. Some benefits are above what the market offers.

Cons

Management only cares about KPI's and the volume of work you do: you as a person doesn't matter. I got a bad evaluation because I wasn't doing enough work, when we were receiving a very low volume of work from our local office, and that wasn't taking into account. There are people in exactly the same position with the same contract and, management demands different results from them (friendship is more important than performance). HR is chaotic and, is not even available to receive a feedback. After I pointed out some negative aspects about my project, I started to be criticized for everything. Nowhere on the job description or on my contract was written that I had to speak Czech and everybody knows that I don't. Still when management sends emails to several persons, I receive them in Czech.

Pros

Good work life balance over time, culture of help, good opportunities to advance and move around, decent pay, ceiling for commissions is high.

Cons

Are increasingly finding ways to dock compensation and make rules around comp confusing and unclear. Internal processes, tools, and policies are incredibly complex. Very difficult to find people to support basic customer issues. Sales becomes a catchall for customer problems, leaves little time to sell. Benefits and pay increases decline year after year.
