Pros
Working for a large company has some advantages. There is a lot of room for growth and even for switching positions if you want. When there are no budget restrictions, you can attend conferences and other professional development-type events.
Cons
It's hard to be proud of working at SAP. The people who use it either hate it or are indifferent toward it. The people who build it are the same way. There are some smart, creative people, but you have to look hard to find them.
