Pros
In general, I feel that management is open to feedback and they care about their employees. Especially during the pandemic, management is very understanding to flexible work schedules, encouraging use of vacation time, etc.
Cons
It can be tough to see how my job contributes to the overall vision at SAP given the size of the organization. I get fatigued by how many new strategies we have to learn about, the number of reorgs, etc.
