Pros

One of the few reasons I love working in SAP is that the culture is naturally inclusive and colleagues globally appreciate and understand working with different cultures and ethnicities. I always feel welcomed whenever I join a new project/group that spans across different countries and across different time zones thus I'm always able to contribute to my best ability without any restrictions. There's also many chances for us to travel overseas (preCovid) to experience working in other countries for weeks/months in exchange programmes which I find really helpful and inspiring as it gives us a change of pace, and allow us to discover something different. Who knows we may love it so much and consider moving in the future?

Cons

Honestly, it has been great thus far in my 2 years in the company.

Pros

Good work life balance over time, culture of help, good opportunities to advance and move around, decent pay, ceiling for commissions is high.

Cons

Are increasingly finding ways to dock compensation and make rules around comp confusing and unclear. Internal processes, tools, and policies are incredibly complex. Very difficult to find people to support basic customer issues. Sales becomes a catchall for customer problems, leaves little time to sell. Benefits and pay increases decline year after year.
