Pros
Open company, with very good people, friendly colleagues, pleasant working environment; the job is not extremely challenging; there are good training opportunities to become an expert in the best business software solutions or to participate to early adopters programs.
Cons
Internal processes are heavy and less professional than in other companies; this happens in internal IT mainly, but also Services can be improved a lot. Many people hide themselves behind the "rules" instead of showing real engagement and do something extra for the customers.
