Pros
If your old and have no further career plans it's a good place because you can basically do nothing and no one will ever tell you. That's another thing - the working culture is very friendly but also not helpful because you're never learning about your mistakes.
Cons
SAP is more of a blocker for young designers. Never seeing finished products and being pushed around to different organisations like we're little BLI soldiers. It's very hard to build up on the things you do.
