Pros
- good colleagues - nice office Not sure why scores so high. Feels like those people are not from same company. Or just from those departments which are okay. Finance is not the one for sure to give good review.
Cons
- no life, just work (loads and loads of overtimes, and I really mean loads) - disrespect of public holiday and culture (if your nationality has holiday, you work; if country to live has holidays, you work; if german HQ has holiday, they are off, but guess what...you work) - system is not able to handle the business needs (many manual efforts, no relevant system development) - high stress levels - due to demanding and harsh behaviour of decision makers - feeling of being used until you are cheap and agreeable
