Except the pay and benefits there is no real reason to continue at SAP. Go to SAP if you are above 40-45 and want to have a cruisy, well paid job otherwise go elsewhere: -Poor top management: you can see that they are not in control, give no clear direction . In my line of business the new head of departement has still not been announced and it has been 6 months that we do not have one - Very complex internal process : you focus more on CRM and internal procedures then the customer -No engaged workforce: people simply do not care, they are here to take a paycheck and that is it, if you ask them for help or something slightly outside of their scope ; good luck -No clear vision: Very cluncky product strategy
