Great technology, great vision, managers give me a long leash that lets me run your business, and do what I need to be successful.
Cons
Compensation is a mess. SAP historically underpays, and there’s no improvement in sight. Annual bonus metrics are often out of our hands, and when they’re missed employees are impacted significantly. We lost nearly 40% of this year’s bonus, due to metrics we have no direct control over.
