Pros

Great benefits, great flexibility, great pay, some leadership really cares about your employees. Very close knit group.

Cons

Leadership is a revolving door which makes it hard for the group to present a stable roadmap and plan for the organization. Lacks diversity in leadership and board. FG management is lacking true innovation and are stuck doing things the same way when they first started 20 years ago and it shows in their development as they cant retain any new resources because they are not open to new ideas, nor are up to speed with newer technologies.

Industry leading software, smart people, lots of opportunity as part of a growing company

There is a huge enablement/accountability issue within some of the services teams. Most people have little to no understanding of how the company operates internally aside of their own team, nor how to manage customer expectations - and there are no efforts to bridge that gap despite it being known by management. This causes resentment between teams and poor experiences for customers.
