Pros
Good people who have been in the industry for a long time at high levels of organizations.
Cons
Management has very little idea what they are doing. No path for growth is ever discussed or obtainable. If you have not work in the industry with one of the leaders in the past you will not be targeted for upward movement. They failed to properly address the Public sector and have had to greatly transition out of the Federal Government. Not impressed with how everything was managed overall.
