      Excellent benefits, work-life balance, the wonderful people

      Cons

      No salary increases every year or the following year or the following year. It could be a VERY long time before you see even a small increase but your workload is constantly increasing. Management is wonderful but it seems their hands are tied. I think???

      Nice severance packages after working for 25 years.

      Cons

      The worst, most inhumane termination process. No dignity, no respect, no explanation, no concern for you as a person, your loyalty, your dedication, or service. A waste of your time and energy.
