      A brand having good recognition in analytical domain. A freedom given at work along with a flexible work timing, work-from-home option is very appreciable. Compititive compensation.

      Cons

      Lack of motivational factors, arbitrary promotions, no systematic approach for recognition of performance, Everything based on the company's total NSR even for rewarding an individual performance.

      The worst, most inhumane termination process. No dignity, no respect, no explanation, no concern for you as a person, your loyalty, your dedication, or service. A waste of your time and energy.
