      Work/Life balance Onsite daycare Onsite gym 4 top notch restaurants (subsidized) beautiful sprawling campus with running/biking trails, baseball field, soccer fields, tennis courts, etc...

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
