      Good and flexible, lots of discussions

      need better strategy for pricing as noone wants to pay for such heavy license fee when pay per use models are there in the market at low price

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
