      Good friendly culture.. colloborative and People are domain and technical even in sales organisation. Well grounded Leadership

      Cons

      Can be seen as niche player even though it is moving to IOT and AI/ML which is not mainstream in many industries. Compensation is mid point of the industry.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
