      Open to new ideas and give you the space and support to drive them through. Supportive management who want you to succeed and love the work.

      Cons

      As with any consulting firm there is quite a bit of travel, that can’t be helped.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
