      Pros

      I have worked here for near about two years. I have liked the environment, work culture and staff behaviour. I got lots of opportunities to learn new things in success of that I got additional responsibilities to execute. Management team have faith on the staffs and they trust them.

      Cons

      Still during my tenure I didn't find any negative in this company. But pay packages can be improved for the experienced candidates here.

      Pros

      Benefits: health coverage, on-site gym, childcare, healthcare center, and more. Work-life balance: predictable hours, flexibility for parents and a culture that doesn't expect you to grind 60-hour weeks.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
