      The campus amenities and benefits are second to none.

      Cons

      There is not much room to grow in CSD due to employees never leaving. Some managers are not good at upholding the culture that Jim Goodnight created.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
