      Pros

      The work balance and benefits at SAS are great. Very flexible hours. Everything you need to right on campus, from dry cleaning to all gym and sports benefits

      Cons

      There is a low turn over at SAS. Which most people would think is great, with no lay offs. However, the company can use new people to help keep the software fresh and come up with new ideas.
