      Good people. Reasonable expectations. Employees are treated fairly.

      Cons

      Not a place for rapid advancement. Downside to low turnover is management stays static and almost impossible to get to next level. Company also is low on the overall pay scale for a tech company of its profile.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
