      Pros

      Great people doing some interesting work in a growing market. Lovely working environment with good facilities. Sales support are also great and very focussed.

      Cons

      Quirky organisation, privately owned which leads to some odd decisions being made sometimes. Communication is improving but could be better.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
