      Very top-down Technology seriously lags Lots of passive-aggressive behavior behind the above-mentioned "nice people" Resistant to change Lots of half-backed "platforms" that are hacked into "solutions" for customers Even if new technology is adopted, it is adopted very poorly....

      Great co-workers and healthy environment. Benefits are amazing. Demands are reasonable.

      Cons

      I think this is true for many places right now but post-COVID campus has become mostly remote work. You have to organize with your team when you want to have face-to-face interactions.
