Pros
SAS is a great place to work as a parent as it allows for great work/life balance and benefits for families. There is an onsite daycare center or a monthly subsidy that could be leveraged to help with childcare costs. The people who work there are wonderful and become like a family.
Cons
There aren't a ton of opportunities for career advancement and promotions can be hard to obtain as managers usually have to "duke it out" for who is next to get one. Issues that are brought to the attention of mgmt don't usually get addressed and overlooked. Overall salary compensation is usually on the lower end than most technology companies.
