Pros
JMP is not only a company that offers great career opportunities, it also creates opportunities for personal growth. JMP provides thorough new employee training upon onboarding that guides you through every JMP products and its applications in various industries. The team is also very welcoming and has a culture of sharing and collaborating. After almost two years at JMP I'm still constantly learning new things through various internal sharing programs.
Cons
There's nothing that really comes to my mind when I'm trying to think a downside of working at JMP. It is a pity that we couldn't travel abroad for our kick-off event this year, though. But the management team had brought colleagues around the globe together through frequent online events and meet-ups.
