      My team is distributed and sometimes it can hinder collaboration. But I think it’s a result of the work style shift after Covid and there are ways to work differently to foster close collaboration.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
