      Pros

      work environment, family benefits onsite benefits are a double edge sword. Being home sick you don't feel like driving into work to see your doctor, but really nice if you are sick at work.

      no advancement, no one leaves so new management positions don't come often and are always inside. salary

      Great co-workers and healthy environment. Benefits are amazing. Demands are reasonable.

      Cons

      I think this is true for many places right now but post-COVID campus has become mostly remote work. You have to organize with your team when you want to have face-to-face interactions.
