Cons

SaSR has failed its own Core Value Test These are my views based on my experience with SaSR and don't necessarily reflect the views of other SaSR employees. I'm $352 poorer for knowing SaSR. Don't be fooled by the meaningless mission statement and core values of this company. I'm a single Dad with a Valedictorian Son starting college. I work for 2 other merchandising companies and thought SaSR would be a nice fit. I trusted the company to stick to their word and demonstrate 'integrity' (SaSR Core Value). 'Service & Respect' are 2 of their other Core Values. Lets see how they stack up. SaSR scheduled me for 32 hours for a particular week. The next day I'm offered a project from another company that pays more, but conflicts with the schedule I agreed to with SaSR. I demonstrated 'integrity' by declining the offer and sticking to my word when it was not beneficial for me to do so. I'm near fully scheduled with 3 companies for the next 3 weeks. A few days later I'm back on the SaSR scheduling page to find more projects for the future. I discovered the 32 hours have disappeared. I did not receive a phone call, email, or text. Where is the common courtesy or basic respect for humans? The other project with the other company was filled in the meantime, leaving this family $352 poorer. Thanks SaSR. SaSR has failed its own Core Value Test. Integrity, Service, Respect. I find SaSR's image of itself to be disingenuous. SaSR has a points system for its employees. One can lose 100 points for cancelling a scheduled job. That's fair enough and seems to encourage and reward reliability. What is the penalty for SaSR cancelling a scheduled job resulting in unnecessary family financial distress? It seems to me that if they cancel a project already confirmed the penalty for SaSR should be a financial one of 1 1/2 times the lost wages they are responsible for. With that policy in place SaSR would have real world examples to prove a high level of integrity, service, and respect. Until that penalty is in place you'll need to decide if you're doing this job for fun or for money. If it's for needed income then always double schedule yourself to prevent financial harm coming your way. These are my views based on my experience with SaSR and don't necessarily reflect the views of other SaSR employees. Make Merchandising Great Again!

Thank you for taking the time to provide us your feedback. We understand your frustration and are very sorry for the experience you had with us. We strive to treat everyone as we want to be treated. Your experience is not the level of service we strive to provide. Unfortunately client cancellations do sometimes happen but when it does, we try to communicate it to our reps as soon as possible. Again, we sincerely apologize that this was not your experience. Please feel free to call me directly if you would like to discuss further and provide me additional feedback. I would love to hear from you (866) 867-5571 EXT 8042. Kind regards, Audra
