We have recently built out our internal team, in particular our Support line, so that we can better support our reps in the field with improved timeliness and responsiveness to issues as well as review of assignment requests. As it relates to pay, we are always reviewing our pay rates to ensure they are in line with the market and we give our reps an opportunity to indicate their desired rate as they apply. Again, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We will continue to work to improve our business operation to better support our reps.
