Pros

none that i can think of other than pay is in bank on time PROVIDED you sign in on lead's sheet, call in, fill out SASR time sheet and have lead sign DAILY, then report hours via internet DAILY then fax/email time sheet at end of week.

Cons

trying to talk to a live person is frustrating. call support with a immediate need is an exercise in futility. they MIGHT get back to you in a couple of days via email. you have to "bid" on each assignment. I ofter get email with jobs that start the next day. The "System" in place is not fast enough to be assigned. It takes DAYS.

We have recently built out our internal team, in particular our Support line, so that we can better support our reps in the field with improved timeliness and responsiveness to issues as well as review of assignment requests.
