I wish there was more work but with so many new Merchandising companies the jobs are spread thinly amongst several companies that are constantly trying to outbid each other and steal the "others" contracts. SASR seems less driven by underbidding and keeping the extra dollar than they are about reputation and quality of job deployed and more importantly... Quality of the team they strive to retain for the long run. The travel teams could use better wages and travel incentives to help retain the good ones, but due to travel incentives dropping, and cost of fuel and leaving their families increasing, more and more of the regulars are declining travel opportunities.
