Pros

I could choose what jobs I accepted. Never full time available though.

Cons

Poor mileage, poor pay, no training, never meet anyone in person during hiring process. Lack of communication, obvious unorganized staff. Calls and email often go unanswered. Work is not stable and you can not count on a regular pay check.

We do run our company differently than others. We are a staffing company that helps workers find temporary and sometimes full time retail service work with our customers. We allow you to pick when and where you want to work. None of the jobs are mandatory for you to take. We help people supplement their income and give them an opportunity to get a foot in the door with companies to try and gain full time employment.
