Pros
Flexibility, fun coworkers, diverse coworkers, always something new to do, decent pay for temp work that you don't have to commit to
Cons
not enough hours, lazy coworkers, favoritism, they do not care if you have a family to take care of at home... as long as you show up to make them money. You can work your tail off and never get anywhere with the company. If you are a lead and travel, you get decent money, but they will pay the bare minimum for your state. It's a good place to start, and I enjoy my coworkers immensely... but long term it feels like a dead end job.
