Thanks for your feedback. We are working on a new system to help us reduce the number of people contacted when a new job is posted. We do need to reward the people who work for us most and do a better job of recruiting where we do not have people. We are typically at the mercy of our clients and their requests when it comes to your schedule and estimated hours. We are working to improve the quality of orders put in the system. Work is not guaranteed with us and is temporary in nature allowing you to choose which jobs you want to work. Although it does not fit some people's work needs, it is perfect for others.
