Pros

Flexible schedule - Allows you to work around your life whether it be full time or part time but that comes with a caveat (see below). Great if you work for more than one company or looking to get back on your feet, need work and like to travel (need your own car) You have to remember that this is in essence a PT job even if you can get FT hours so if you approach the situation with that mindset, you'll be aight

Cons

(from above) If you want to work 2-3 days because you need to take care of business on a specific day and apply for a 5-9 day assignment, you will NOT get the job. Even now with gas over $3 a gallon everywhere, they are only giving a max of $25 for mileage pay even if you drive 140 miles one way for a job. If you request extra pay, you will NOT get the job even if you apply for every day of an assignment. There is NO chance at advancement for a field rep. NONE. Even if you are someone like myself who has achieved the highest level within the company for a field rep, you can't advance. No insurance or anything during a f'n pandemic is the epitome of not caring No pay raise increases dependent on experience Absolutely no ay to contact leadership anymore so you have a lot of field reps who feel just like me. At least the previous CEO did call once but now the people in charge run If you would have asked me 3-4 years ago would I recommend SASR to someone, I still would have said yes because even though they had plenty of flaws, there was still more upside. Now, with the obvious corporate influence at the leadership positions, all I will say is that if you sign up with SASR, have your next job already in mind so that after you get your experience, you can bolt. Field reps are the lifeline of any workforce companies so if you have a lot of corporate cronies leading a company like this, you end up with a lot of field reps who feel just like me. When you get soulless corporacrats who only care about the bottom line, you will end up with what SASR is now and why they are having a hard time keeping good field reps because people are tired of the BS. And SASR reads these reviews and will drop a corporate reply but it's fruitless. They aren't gonna do ANYTHING. NOTHING.
