Thanks for your feedback. We are glad to hear you like the flexible schedule and pay. We increased our recommended pay rates August 1st by an average of 5% nationally. We have seen an increased amount of cancellations from clients and are reviewing this with them. It is a burden on our associates and our internal team as well.
