Does NOT listen to or appreciate field associates at ALL No chance of advancement Switched to app that doesn't work at all Schedulers look out for schedulers first The reason for the 1 star review is because the company switched from a web based app that worked pretty well to an app that doesn't work at all and it is costing field associates money due to not being able to work because they can't apply. Go to the Google Play store and see the revews for yourself. It sucks. And they made the change without any f'n input from long time associates. It's just one in a many series of moves that has made SASR go from a pretty good company to absolutely horrible within 2-3 years or so. As someone who has worked for SASR for 10 years, I can tell you first hand that there is no shot of advancement for a field associate. NONE. The pay is decent compared to DG or FD but you would think after 10 years that you would be clocking a guaranteed $20-$25/hour and some time of title but nope. Just out here working with no respect from HQ in NC in which most have no idea what is going on out here in the field. The schedulers are gonna look out for the schedulers first everything else be damned. When I first started working for SASR, the schedulers went out of their way to look out for field associates if they saw that they were dependable (and whenever SASR responds to this, just know that it is empty babble with absolutely no actions at all. They aren't gonna do ____)
