Pros
The ability to click and choose which work you want to do, however it is on a first come, first served basis
Cons
They make so many mistakes with scheduling. First, you need to apply for the work before anyone else does, otherwise you won't get it. Often times the job may be cancelled before the date it's done. One time, I drove 30 miles to a location and get there and am told that there was no work to. Sometimes your work will disappear from their calendar and you will receive no notice of it. Work is very infrequent. Some months there might be a few jobs to pick from, then you could go months without seeing any opportunities. Milage reimbursement is terrible. If it's more than 30 miles away, they might give you an extra 5 dollars. They are subcontractors for other merchandising companies, so you're basically filling in for the other company because they don't have enough manpower, while making less than if you worked directly for those other companies. They give you very little information about the job other than the address and which merchandising company you're reporting to. There were times when I would go into a store that I was supposed to be at for a reset and walk around the store a couple times before I could figure out who to report to.
